The following are words we use when we use to express a combination of emotional states and physical sensations. This list and categories are neither exhaustive nor definitive. They support engaging in and deepening self-discovery.
Two useful categories of feeling words exist: Feelings arising when our needs are met-satisfied; and, feelings arising when our universal needs are unmet.
